The customer agrees to furnish the minimum deposit required upon the receipt of this contract and understands that all deposits are non refundable. The customer agrees to return the contract within thirty days from the signature date of the Knights of the Turntable representative or the contract becomes null and void. The customer agrees to pay the remaining balance one week prior to the day of the event. Knights of the Turntable has given the customer a special rate based on the contracted time period, if for any reason the customer requests to terminate the event before the end of the contracted time period no refunds will be granted. If the customer cancels the event for any reason within thirty days of the event date, the customer agrees to pay Knights of the Turntable the full contract amount, or at the discretion of Knights of the Turntable the event may be rescheduled. Knights of the Turntable reserves the right to limit the time period and date the event can be rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather the event can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date. If for any reason the event is not rescheduled, full payment is due. Knights of the Turntable has back up equipment on site, however, In the event of a complete malfunction to Knights of the Turntable’s equipment, in which the event is not completed, the customer will receive a reimbursement at he discretion of Knights of the Turntable. Any additional time is played at the discretion of Knights of the Turntable at the request of the customer with payment due upon the completion of the event. The Disc Jockey for the event is entitled to a meal at no charge should there be a meal served during the contracted time period. The customer will not be entitled to a reimbursement in the event the customer is unsatisfied with the performance. Should any check by the customer be returned unpaid, the customer agrees to pay all service charges incurred by Knights of the Turntable.

The endorsement below is that of the customer or a duly designated representative thereof and represents the customers acceptance of this agreement in it’s entirety. Knights of the Turntable and the customer agree that this document represents the exclusive and entire agreement regulating this event.
